Tom Watkins has been an evaluator, coordinator, supervisor and/or director in three of Minnesota's largest school districts.  He has also consulted with non-profits as a program evaluator.  He has helped organizations raise over $36 million in grant funds.  His Promising Practices Studies have identified where gap-closing growth is happening in schools and helped recognize and learn from staff contributing to this growth. His dropout prevention process has helped school systems implement evidence-based practices and improve outcomes for students.  In addition to his doctorate in Educational Psychology, he holds a Minnesota Principal K-12 administrator's license and has received a Microsoft Power BI certificate.
